Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiveTenders ("LiveTenders," "we," "us," or "our"), a tender discovery and management platform operated by Uchai Infra Projects Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at No, Sec 94, Near Chandgi Market, P.O: Wazirpur, Hayatpur, Haryana 122505.
By accessing or using LiveTenders, whether through our website, web application, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
LiveTenders is a software platform that helps businesses discover, track, and manage tenders and procurement opportunities published across government, public sector, and private procurement portals. Features include tender discovery, saved and sorted tender lists, team collaboration workspaces, and AI-based tender matching agents configured according to user-provided keywords and criteria.
LiveTenders aggregates and summarizes publicly available tender information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any tender listing, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on information sourced through the platform. You are responsible for independently verifying tender details, deadlines, and eligibility criteria directly with the issuing authority or portal before submitting any bid.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be a legally registered business entity or an authorized representative of one to use LiveTenders for commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@livetenders.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription and Payment
LiveTenders is offered on a subscription basis under two plans: an Individual plan and an Enterprise plan, each with its own pricing structure as displayed on our website or communicated to you directly.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal period until you cancel.
No Refunds
All payments are final. Once a subscription purchase has been made, no refund will be issued for that billing period, whether in part or in full, regardless of the extent to which you use the platform during that period. This applies to both the Individual and Enterprise plans.
Free Trials
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period ranging from 3 to 7 days, depending on the nature of your business and requirements. The availability, duration, and eligibility for any free trial is determined solely by LiveTenders and is not guaranteed to any user or company. We reserve the right to modify, shorten, extend, or discontinue free trial offers at any time, including for specific users or companies, without prior notice.
If you do not cancel before your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged according to the plan you selected.
Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade between the Individual and Enterprise plans, the change and any associated pricing adjustment will take effect according to the terms communicated to you at the time of the change. Downgrading or upgrading does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, consistent with the no-refund policy above.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LiveTenders for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including procurement or anti-corruption laws
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform outside of normal use
- Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
- Use the AI agent or any feature to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any tender
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and original content on LiveTenders belongs to Uchai Infra Projects Private Limited. Tender data itself originates from public government and procurement sources and is not our proprietary content, but our aggregation, formatting, matching algorithms, and AI-generated summaries are.
Disclaimers
LiveTenders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any missed tender, deadline, or business opportunity resulting from platform downtime, data delays, or inaccuracies in third-party sourced tender information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uchai Infra Projects Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost business, lost tenders, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the notice period specified in your subscription agreement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LiveTenders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
