What We Collect

Account and Business Information: Name, business email, phone number, company name, and role — when you sign up, book a demo, or contact us.
Business Identifiers: GST number, PAN, or other business registration details, only if voluntarily provided, for example during onboarding or account verification.
Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, including saved tenders, search keywords, and AI agent configurations, used to operate and improve the service.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account numbers or biometric data) unless explicitly required for a specific feature, and if we ever do, we will seek your explicit consent at that time.
